No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Content on the Site, except as expressly permitted in writing by Seeds of Digital LLC.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seeds of Digital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you under these Terms will end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that is not subject to mandatory arbitration under separate agreement will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You and Seeds of Digital LLC each waive any right to a trial by jury in any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

General provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seeds of Digital LLC with respect to the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Last reviewed date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
